When preparing my Top Ten for 2015, I ranked all the stocks I follow and came away with one common theme: 2015 will be a year in which Chinese Internet stocks and Biotech stocks lead the stock market. The reasons are (1) that’s where the profits are and (2) these stocks have healthy upsides to their Fair Values.
2014’s list had five companies that profit from the Internet, and this year’s list is up to seven. The other three stocks are Biotech, which not only provide diversity but safety as well.
I’m not going to overdiversify just for the sake of it. Retail is doing poorly & Energy is down as oil has plummeted. We’re here to make money and this is where the opportunities lie. The charts shown here are one-year charts, as of 2014 Q4. Enjoy.
