Overall, S&P 500 was up 0.3% to 6,716, while NASDAQ increased 0.5% to 22,480.

Google’s Gemini 3.0 is the newest version of its AI, and it is better because it understands texts, images, audio, and video more clearly, thicks through problems more accurately, and remembers more information at once than before. Since launch, the Gemini App surpassed 750 million monthly active users, up roughly 100 million sequentially, demonstrating rapid consumer adoption.
On the enterprise side, more than 8 million paid seats of Gemini Enterprise were sold in just four months, and generative AI product revenue grew nearly 400% year-over-year. Management stated Gemini is becoming the AI engine for the world’s most successful software companies.
The company plans to spend around $180 billion on infrastructure in 2026, up from $91 billion in 2025.
