| Sharek’s Take | ||
Now I sit and wait with CHSI. I’ll hold the stock and follow SXCI soon. |
||
| One-Year Chart | ||
Last quarter I wrote “I’m just not feeling much upside“. I’m glad I hold for the long-term. The deal is great for you guys that own it. |
||
| Earnings Table | ||
The Earnings Table isn’t really relevant now. I want to talk about the new company here:CHSI’s market cap is $4.3 billion. SXCI’s is $6.1 billion. SXCI’s revenue jumped 56% last quarter. Wow! SXCI is faster growing than CHSI. SXCI’s profit growth is below: 2009 0.96 2010 1.11 2011 1.63 2012 2.41e CHSI’s revenue grew 29% last quarter. Solid, but nothing like SXCI’s. This is shaping up to look great.

| Fair Value | ||
I’m not looking at this Fair Value right now, just holding the stock (not buying more yet). |
||
| Ten-Year Chart | ||
Catalyst Health Solutions was formerly named HealthExtras (HLEX). I originally purchased HLEX in the Growth Portfolio at $14 on 5/4/2004. I think those who stuck with it (and me) will have a cost basis of $21 (and the stock is in the high $80s). |

Growth Portfolio
5 of 15 |
Catalyst Health Solutions is solid right here. Clients invested in the Growth Portfolio own these shares. CHSI and SXCI can both can be trusted, but I can’t get a read on their Fair Values at this point. CHSI is ranked 5th in the 15 stock Growth Portfolio Power Rankings. CHSI isn’t in the Aggressive Growth Portfolio. |
