Here is the one-year chart of Credo Technology (CRDO) as of June 8, 2026, when the stock was at $222.

Credo Technology, the leader in high-speed connectivity cables for data center, believes the next bottleneck in AI infrastructure is no longer computing power but network reliability. Management stated that as AI clusters grow from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of GPUs, even small connection failures can reduce GPU utilization, delay deployment, and increase downtime.

The company is expanding beyond its traditional cable business into a broader portfolio of optical networking products designed to improve reliability, power efficiency, system performance, and most importantly: to reach longer distances. It believes this year will mark an inflection point for its optical business.

Optical Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) change electrical data into light, which can then travel farther distances than copper cables can. Optical DSPs help move data within the datacenter and outside to other datacenters.

Management expects its optical business to generate 1/4 of total revenue this fiscal year. It also believes its optical portfolio will deliver sustained rapid growth for the years to come.

CRDO is a leading stock in the Growth Portfolio and Focus List.
